- Any items shipped from North Texas Arms and damaged in transit must be reported to the freight carrier and North Texas Arms immediately upon receipt of shipment.
No unauthorized returns, please contact North Texas Arms regarding any returns. Customer service is paramount to our business and we will work with you to help resolve any problems that you may encounter with the products purchased.
Return S&H is the responsibility of the buyer (S&H is not refundable).
Any defective merchandise is under warranty by the respective manufacturers.
Items requiring warranty repairs should be returned to the manufacturer. Contact them for a return authorization number prior to shipment.
